If you place your order on a business day (Monday – Friday) we’ll process it within 3-4 days.

Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday, we’ll process it the following business day. 

Please make sure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Should you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. 



Please see latest order dates to receive orders prior to Christmas. Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed for delivery prior to Christmas.

We will not be dispatching orders from 24th December until 10th January 2022. Orders received during this time will be sent on Monday 10th January.

Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Skinfood Ltd. in New Zealand. Skinfood uses various courier companies for deliveries to give you the best shipping prices. Skinfood is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. 


We ship our products worldwide, with some exception. To see if we ship to your country please use the 'estimate shipping' bar at checkout. We currently do not ship to the EU or UK, please refer instead to

Skinfood Ltd. will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.

If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.

Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you wish to return your item for exchange these items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
